In Stock Ordering
Some items on our website are in stock and they will ship within 3 days of order placement. If an in stock item is combined with a preorder item, your order will not ship until the preorder arrives. If you would like your in stock item sooner, please do not combine that item with a preorder...place a separate order so it will ship immediately.
Lay-Buy (Split Pay) Ordering and Cancellation
Customers are given the option to split payments on their orders using Lay-Buy powered by Paypal. Half payment is required up front and half is paid within 1 or 2 months, depending on what you choose. Please note that failure to pay your Lay-Buy balance will result in a forfeit of your order and the entire initial payment. Lay-Buy will attempt to collect payment 2x before the order is cancelled. Our cancellation policy of Lay-Buy orders is the same as the cancellation of preorders: they must be made within 3 hours.
Preorder Due Dates & Cancellations on Preorders
Our custom preorder lead time ranges from 30-100 days. For all preorders, the expected delivery date will be listed on the description. Once a preorder is placed it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. When you place a preorder, an item is made specially for you and if you had not ordered it, it would not have been made. We ask that you look over your order very carefully before submitting orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non sale items are accepted in unworn, unwashed condition in original packaging from smoke free homes within 15 days of purchase. You MUST obtain a return authorization before sending back your item(s) by emailing customer service at email@example.com. Authorized returns will be accepted with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the return price. You are responsible for return shipping and tracking your shipment. Please ship returns to: Charming Mary 3901 Silverwood Dr., Tyler, Texas 75701. We will issue refunds within 15 business days of receipt. If items arrive back to us not in re-sellable condition (worn, in non-original packaging, missing packaging, tags removed, containing odors or stains) we will invoice you for return shipping costs.
To make an exchange, please re-order from the website and follow the directions above for returning your item(s).
Please inspect your order upon arrival for defects and size issues. We will only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of order arrival.
Please double check your order and address carefully to ensure all information is correct. We will no longer be able to add or edit orders once they have been submitted.
